Privacy for kids and families

Last updated: October 19, 2026

GlowTailsTV.com is the home of GLOWTAIL, a show for children ages 3 to 5. We built this site so a child can enjoy it safely, and so a grown-up never has to worry about it.

What we collect

Nothing from children. This website has no sign-ups, no accounts, no comments, no chat, no contests and no forms. We do not ask for names, emails, photos, locations or any other personal information.

We do not use advertising, analytics trackers, or tracking cookies on this website.

Videos

Our episodes live on YouTube. Videos on this site do not load until a grown-up presses play, and then they use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once a video plays, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. All GLOWTAIL videos are marked "Made for Kids" on YouTube, which limits data collection and turns off personalized ads, comments and notifications on those videos.

Links to other sites

Links to YouTube and Facebook are meant for grown-ups. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Emailing us

Grown-ups can reach us at Lumo@GlowTailsTV.com. If a child emails us, we will not keep or use their information and will delete the message.

Safety note for families

In GLOWTAIL, Lumo practices pretend deals with friends. Please remind children to practice with a trusted grown-up, and never to trade real belongings, food, money, personal information or passwords.

Changes

If we ever add something that collects information (for example, an email newsletter for parents), we will update this page first and ask for a grown-up's consent before collecting anything.
